Booking of appointments
Contact us telephonically, by email or visit at the practice. You can also book here
Cancellations
We require 2 hours prior to the appointment should you wish to cancel. If not cancelled a fee will be charged. Cancellations must be done telephonically. An SMS is sent the day before or on the day of appointment as a reminder of the appointment.
Payment terms
Payment after the consultation is expected when services are rendered to private patients. Medical aid patients accounts will be submitted to the aid. Short payments need to be paid on collection of frames or contact lenses. We accept Visa and Master credit cards, Debit cards and Cash.
